Standard and custom engineered compression and vacuum products are available from worldwide industry leading brands. Pressures from -27 inHG to 6,000 psig available for air and gas applications. Oil free and lubricated designs for inert, mixed and fuel gas systems are offered for 3 HP thru 600 HP systems. Technologies include rotary screw, rotary vane, reciprocating, diaphragm and centrifugal. Hazardous locations, low and high ambient or other custom controls modifications are offered to customers’ specifications.
Breathing/Medical Air Systems
Both high and low pressure breathing air systems are offered with our without a compressor or blower component. These turnkey packages include all the components necessary for providing NFPA compliant discharge air. Certifications are the applicable standards for industrial, medical, fire & safety, recreational, professional or military diving, marine, offshore or defense applications. From 50 psig to 7,000 psig, and with flow rates from 5 SCFM to 1,000 SCFM, we can meet your needs with standard or custom designed systems. Stationary and mobile/trailer options are available. Related compressors, containment fill stations, DOT or ASME storage systems and associated dryers, filtration, purification, sensors and controls are available. H2, CH4, N2, Ar, He, CO2 Processing
Consult our sales engineers for turnkey compressor plants servicing all types of inert, fuel and mixed gases. Products can be designed to customer specifications for H2, Syngas, CO2, N2, CH4, Natural gas, biogas, landfill gas, wastewater gas, Ar and He to name a few common applications. Controls and associated system vessels and piping can be designed for most standards worldwide. Oil free and lubricated versions are offered, subject to gas type an end process application. Full system enclosures or containerization is offered for low or high ambient conditions or for system security.
Air & Gas Treatment
An efficient and smart air or gas solution is more than just a line of high-quality compressors. It is a combination of air generation, filtering, drying, condensation and purification expertise and components. We offer a full range of air and gas treatment products matched to the capacity of your compressor, vacuum or blower system. Full and turnkey installation of all matched components is available, include intercomponent or full plant piping runs. ISO standard end air or gas quality standards are met per customer specificification.
Single and two stage PD blower systems are offered for air and gas applications. Pressure ranges are generally below 15 psig, and as low as 16 inHg. They can be offered in standard and custom configurations per customers’ specifications. Component systems are sourced from worldwide industry leaders. Hazardous locations or other special controls configurations are available.
We offer a wide range of market leading industrial vacuum pumps for multiple types of applications across many industries. Depending on your application and specific requirements we can select the correct vacuum pump for you. We offer many types of vacuum technology including Rotary Vane, Lobe, Screw, Claw and Liquid Ring that cover flow rates and vacuum levels for most vacuum applications across the globe. Mehrer’s variety of pumps suit harsh industrial environments to clean laboratory applications where air purity is critical. We also offer vacuum pumps with a range certifications including ATEX, HTM and ISO standards.
Botanical, biomass extraction systems are custom manufactured using butane as the solvent. Highest industry grade end product results from nominal 100 to 200 lbs US raw biomass. Custom systems are offered thru 1000 lbs US per batch process. Systems are field proven for continuous batch service. Electrical systems, controls and overall system design is California PE approved. Materials of construction, including all wetted gas surfaces, are selected to meet anticipated FDA requirements. Turnkey system design and facility planning is offered in partnership with our team of engineers. Installation, operation and maintenance supervision are available from our network of service partners nationwide.
ASME, DOT and ASME pressure vessels are offered in carbon steel or stainless steel construction. Vessels can be custom coated internally and externally with acrylic, epoxy, powder coated, or galvanized dipped. Preassembled vessel racks are available with prepiped manifolds. Relief valves, drains, flanges or plugs can be provided to specification for a turnkey, ready to install vessel assembly.
Compressed air dryers are available for dew points ranging from minus 150F to 40F. Designs include refrigerated, desiccant, twin tower and cartridge types. Standard and customer dryer systems are available from worldwide industry leaders. Gas types, pressure and flow rates served match our compressor systems designs. These include standard industrial pressures of 100 psig thru 6,000 psig. Hazardous locations, low and high ambient or other custom controls modifications are offered to customers’ specifications.
Vacuum, ambient or at pressure filtration systems are offered for all downstream cleanup requirements. Related condensate management devices are also available for accumulated fluids. Methods uses are precipitation, media and adsorption technologies, including activated carbon. Filtration designs are application specific and designed to match the flow, pressure, gas type, and customers’ discharge quality specifications. Low and high pressure products are available from worldwide industry leaders for commercial, industrial, municipal, defense and first responder applications.
Industrial process chillers are offered in standard and customer designs. Water to water, air to water and refrigerant circuit to water designs are offered to customer specific applications from worldwide industry leaders.
Dry Electrostatic Precipitators
Dry, two stage electrostatic precipitators are offered in commercial, industrial and process flow designs. Capacities range from 400 to 100,000 CFM. Materials of construction can be customized for caustic materials collection. These materials include stainless steel, hastelloy and inconel cell and housing construction. Single and multi-pass systems are available for in-duct or self-contained (with blower) finished product. Auto wash facilitation with standard or custom controls are offered. Filtration efficiency is as low as 0.01 micron with efficiencies approaching 99.9 percent.
Piping networks are offered for air or gas application at pressure ranging from vacuum thru 10,000 psig. Hard piping such as black iron, galvanized, copper, stainless steel tubing or extruded pipe are provided subject to the pressure limits, gas type and site specific standards. Welded, threaded or compression joints are available.
Mineral based and synthetic blend lubricants are offered for all industry vacuum, blower or compressor products. Common lubricants are PAO, PAG or diester based. specialty lubricants and greases are also available to customer specification. We are able to chemically match any competitive lubricant if a sample is provided, along with its SDS. For most applications, we can offer free testing services of your current, in-service lubricants. Lubricants are available in one, five, thirty and 55 gallon containers.
Custom controls are offered for the operation of existing systems, new systems or for coordinating the operation of multiple systems. Standard and hazardous location, NEMA compliant controls are offered for air or gas system operation or for remote communication and control via SCADA. Generally PLC and HMI based systems are provided, programmed in each case for the application and to customer preferences. Relay logic controls systems are also available.
Testing services offered include air quality testing, lubricant quality and carryover testing and pressure dew point testing services. We also offer distribution network leak testing and DOT certified hydrotesting. SCBA, SCUBA and other DOT or UN cylinders can be tested and recertified. Face mask fit testing and gauge calibration services are also offered for selected brands.
Annual, bi-annual or quarterly site service event contracts are available for customers’ on-site maintenance requirements. Installation and removal contracts are also offered. Products of our supply or those supplied by others can be covered under a contract. Contract periods could be for a single event or multiple years. Air and gas compressor systems are available for short or long term rental contracts. Low and high pressure systems are powered electrically or by engine. Ancillary, downstream components system such as pressure vessels, dryers and filters are also offered. Rental fleet and other preowned compressors are also available for sale. Turnkey system integration of your compressor, blower or vacuum system is our specialty. Save on installation costs when all your components arrive fully piped and wired with a consolidated control systems. A common structural base frame with our without enclosure facilitates easy handling. A single connection for primary power, inlet, discharge and drains provides for an attractive, well configured systems. All systems are tested as an assembly at our factory. Site installation or startup support is available from our field engineers and technicians.
Service & Parts
Our technicians and engineers are trained in the service of most makes and models of compression and vacuum systems. Likewise, maintenance and overhaul parts are available for your equipment, even if site services are not required. Emergency break/fix or prescheduled service agreement intervals are available.
